I started Ten Men in late 2010 when I recognized that the high cost of equipment was holding back many young photographers. I decided I’d become a different kind of investor, I wanted to invest in people and their dreams. I had shared my husband’s dream of becoming a successful photographer. Helping him realize his goals was very satisfying. Now I enjoy working with other photographers, relieving them of the financial burden of buying costly equipment, and getting them what they need to do their best work. Best of all, it’s the relationships that I have with the many talented and brilliant people with exceptional abilities and interesting backgrounds that make this endeavor so rewarding.
